Cal-West Property Inspections is hiring with immediate openings available for certified InterNACHI, or CREIA inspectors. We are an established inspection company with solid growth and a good reputation. We are looking to hire individuals with experience in home inspections or tradesmen looking for a different career path. Our company is unique from other home inspection companies in that we do more than just Real Estate sales inspections. We offer specialty inspection services that are niche to our unique market base. While we do perform a high volume of home inspections, we also perform specialty commercial, multi-family, HOA, SB721 and SB326 inspections. Ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, safely use ladders, be able to enter attics and crawl spaces and not be afraid of heights. If you are an experienced home inspector willing to learn new aspects of the inspection business, we have immediate openings available, company truck/gas card provided after probationary period, training provided, $70k-$100k compensation depending on experience and personal drive.
